Your MMI program website provides reports that give you real-time data anytime, day or night. Reports can be downloaded to a variety of applications, including Microsoft Word ®, Excel, Crystal Reports, and Adobe PDF.

Here are some of the types of reports available to you:

• Number of program participants and their guests with names
• Number of hotel reservations with names
• Number of participants enrolled in each tour or activity with names
• Rooming list
• Participant statistics by country, state, and city

In addition, you have complete control over user access to reports. People who are authorized to access reports are assigned a login name, password, and program ID.
