The management team at Morris Meetings & Incentives has over 100 years combined travel industry experience. Management works hand in hand with the sales executives assisting with program building and client contracts. They also support the operations team ensuring that all of our events are planned and carried out to match our client’s individual needs.
Brian Hollien has enjoyed a career encompassing over thirty years in the travel industry. His first job after graduating from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Legal Research and Business was with a small travel agency in Salt Lake City. Through various acquisitions and mergers Mr. Hollien helped build Beehive Travel into a regional agency with offices in Utah, Idaho, Montana and California with annual sales of $65 million. In 1996, while serving as president of Beehive Travel, Mr. Hollien helped orchestrate the merger of Beehive and Morris Travel and a few years later the combination of Morris and Murdock Travel which became one of the twenty-five largest travel agencies in the United States. Since 2010, Mr. Hollien has been the president of Morris Meetings & Incentives and prior to that, Vice President/General Manger of Morris Meetings & Incentives, providing specialized incentive, convention and meeting programs to a local and national client base of companies. Brian and his wife Jerrine live in the small community of Erda, Utah. He of course enjoys traveling as well as being an avid fly fisherman venturing to Alaska, Canada and Russia in pursuit of this favorite pastime.

Tony’s history of achievements and dedication to building a world-class incentive travel company are evident in every project we handle. During his 30 year career with Morris Meetings and Incentives, Tony has set high service standards which have contributed to tremendous customer retention and satisfaction. David Peaden is currently the Controller and Accountant for Morris Meetings & Incentives, LLC and has been in the Travel & Tourism industry for nearly 3 decades. He loves camping, nature, hiking, wildlife in the outdoors, and has donated much of his time and resources in the service of youth and scouting programs. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University Business School in Finance with Statistics and Marketing as minors. With his educational background, along with his experience as owner and/or manager in construction, retail auto detailing, the lumber and building industry, and currently in travel and tourism, he brings a great deal of insight and strength to our company. David has served on several national advisory boards over the years in back-office related software technologies and enjoys working in an industry that is fun, rewarding, and constantly offering new opportunities in the business of corporate, leisure, and incentive travel.

Corey’s expertise is in consulting with business leaders from across the world. His exceptional approach to customer service led his operation to be awarded as the 2007 Small Business of the Year for directing a successful project in Spain. Over the past 15 years, Corey has lived in various regions of Europe. He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in other Latin languages. Corey gives great attention to details and people—he loves organizing outstanding and memorable trips for any organization looking for a unique experience. Corey earned an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2009.

Event Support Director
Since joining the Morris Meetings & Incentives team as the Operations Assistant in 2012, Courtney eventually transitioned into the role of Event Support Director. Leading the Event Support Team, she builds marketing and registration websites for programs, designs travel documents, builds event mobile apps, trains new and existing employees on Cvent Software best practices as well as methods to help streamline operational efficiency. Courtney studied Integrated Studio Art at Brigham Young University-Idaho, graduating in 2011. When not in the office, Courtney likes to immerse herself in the artistic and outdoor offerings of Salt Lake City with her friends, family, and dogs.

Director of Operations
Johanna Hofer has been with Morris Meetings & Incentives since October of 1995. Her near twenty-year career in the travel industry has spanned many aspects of both domestic and international travel. At MMI, Johanna shoulders the responsibility of training new Event Coordinators. She speaks conversational Spanish, German, and French, and writes novels in her spare time.

Flight Department Manager
Starting work at Morris Meetings & Incentives as an Air Manger in the Spring of 2012, Tawnya Nelson brings with her a total of six years in the airline industry. She received her Associate of Science Degree from Salt Lake Community College in 2003. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and painting with water colors. She currently resides in Sandy, UT with her husband and cat Jigga.
